Our training focuses on:

  1. How teams work.
  2. How the individual can have an impact upon that outcome.
  3. Why the individual would want to affect teams.
  4. How the individual can change themself to achieve that end.

Events are designed to participants and typically are tailored for:

  • Team Leaders
  • Team Workers
  • Team Managers
  • External Influencers

Our training events are designed to practical and engaging.

A typical session would be one day for 8 people. For larger groups would be divided into smaller numbers with sessions run on subsequent days.

Locations - Sessions can take place at any conference or hotel venue or within your own training or meetings rooms.
